30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or use
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care or hygiene-related items once opened
- Customized or personalized products
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kavynzo.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kavynzo is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Items showing signs of use may be subject to partial refunds or may not be eligible for a refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24β48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged piece(s) AND the original shipping packaging. Damage claims submitted after the item has been used will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. For multi-piece sets, we reserve the right to ship a replacement piece rather than replace the entire set.
We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
