At Kavynzo, we are committed to providing thoughtfully selected home essentials designed for everyday living. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Personal care items opened for hygiene reasons


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and provide appropriate resolution.


4. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time.


7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee product exchanges due to inventory limitations. If you would like a replacement item, please contact us and we will assist based on availability.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
